Punctuality and Courtesy

Arriving late may affect your treatment as all appointments will end at their scheduled time. This prevents delaying the next client and a full charge will still be applied. If it's your first time visiting the salon, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to complete the client consultation card. This documents is 100% confidential and will be stored in a secure encrypted database.

Cancellations

For all cancellations, the salon requires 24 hours notice. Failure to do this and we're unable to re-sell the reservation time will result in 50% of the total treatment price being charged. Cancellations should be made by either calling me on 01530 415188 or by email: donna@beauty-de-la-zouch.co.uk.

Gift Vouchers

All gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Each gift voucher will have a unique number. Please quote this number at the time of booking your appointment. The voucher must be handed to the salon therapist at the start of your treatment.

Price Alteration

Beauty de la Zouch reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Nail Aftercare Service

In the event, you chip your nails within seven days, please report this with a photo to donna@beauty-de-la-zouch.co.uk and we will offer you a free touch-up on the affected nails within seven days. Outside this period there will be a small fee.

Smoking

Please note that it is illegal to smoke in the Beauty Room.

Data Security

All personal information taken during the consultation procedure will be stored in a secure encrypted database. Consultation cards will be destroyed once the data is entered into the database and all data is 100% confidential.

Medical Conditions

It is important that you notify the salon of any medical conditions (including pregnancy) as you may not be eligible for some treatments.

Mobile Phones

Please ensure that mobile phones are either switched off or on silent for the full duration of your time in the salon.

Children

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

Payment

We accept cash and most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises. Beauty de la Zouch cannot be held responsible for lost items.
