This treatment is a deep pressure massage aimed to release tension and knots, thus helping aches and pains. The aim is to feel for knots and apply deep pressure, thus breaking the ball of lactic acid fluid and pushing them out of your body.

Firstly, I will start the massage on the back, neck and shoulders, utilising my arms and elbows and hands. Secondly, I will work on the back of the legs to help stretch the muscles, remove unwanted fluid and help the blood flow. I will then go on to work on the feet, ankles, the front of legs, hands and arms. Finally, I will finish off with a relaxing scalp massage to help with any headaches or stress on the brain.
